INTRO
After 25 years of experience in the IT industry and accumulated roles, in large groups such as Altair Engineering, Mondadori, Eataly or in dynamic startups and SMEs, I realized that the word that best describes me is “facilitator” because I love to help others express themselves at their best, in a business or personal context.
I firmly believe that success is primarily a matter of mindset–the processes and tools come later.
I learn something new every day and tell how best to do it.
CAREER PATH
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to serve in several key roles in the IT industry, from software development to being responsible for leading technical teams and promoting technological innovation in various areas.
Currently, as a freelancer, I am involved in strategic technology consulting, head hunting for Tech profiles and training.
In addition, as a Mentor and Coach, I support developers and IT managers in their career journey, providing them with best practices, tools, and awareness to achieve measurable goals.
