Cristian has extensive experience in implementing innovative solutions, has led complex business innovation projects, optimizing resource planning to improve operational competitiveness. He has capabilities in risk, performance, innovation management, networking, training and mentoring, summarizing a unique combination of skills. Specifically, his expertise lies in leading improvement teams, serving as a catalyst for process managers, and providing unbiased recommendations. As a Business Innovation Manager, he has contributed to operational improvement, oversight of digital projects, and technology scouting. His ability to foster open innovation and coordination between parties led to the completion of successful projects and valuable partnerships in Unipol’s Beyond area (a grouping of 20 companies in healthcare, mobility, and property).

Managing the innovation ecosystem is another area in which he excels. He has worked with VCs, angel investors, incubators, accelerators and companies to provide startups with access to capital, talent, mentoring and other resources. He also has an excellent track record in corporate training to develop the knowledge needed to improve human potential in the rapidly changing innovation space.
