A training course dedicated to inter-company management figures, with the aim of providing them with the opportunity to develop leadership and team management skills, adapting their style to different situations and confronting different business realities.

A training course designed to delve into the topic of Leadership, using an approach that makes effective skill development for all managers involved.

The aim is to structure the course in 4 days of training spread over a month, ensuring an in-depth study of the proposed topics and continuous accompaniment to ensure the consolidation of development processes.

The course will be held in person at DIBS headquarters in Como or Milan (will depend on the geolocation of enrollees) for a total of 32 hours, divided into four days of 8 hours each, scheduled every Friday of the month, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

who is addressed

This course is aimed at managers, that is, those who manage and coordinate people.
It may be intended for professionals whose goal is to develop their team management skills also with a view to growth or role development.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

The concept of Leadership is extremely broad and requires an in-depth examination of the behavioral skills essential to achieve individual and group development results, both personally and professionally

In addition, it is crucial to provide the business actors involved with tools and techniques that enable alignment with the relevant Leadership Model, which is based on three fundamental principles:

  • Lead Yourself – Perception of one’s role and responsibilities
  • Lead Others – Ability to be able to positively inspire others
  • Lead Business – Ability to lead with reference to time management and efficiency

By the end of this training, participants will have developed advanced skills and obtained practical tools for even more efficient team management.

TEACHING METHODOLOGY

The course adopts an engaging teaching method that includes testimonials, case studies and practical exercises to explore all the topics covered in depth. During the course, participants will work on project work in small groups, both in the classroom and through the die-learning platform, to put into practice the skills learned in the various modules and develop innovative integrated projects.
Several Case Histories will also be presented related to successful international experiences, both in business and creative fields, that have influenced society and thinking.
Each module of the course will include interactive innovation workshops, where participants will be able to use different brainstorming methodologies to stimulate creativity in different contexts.

    • The theory of emotions. Recognizing behavioral style. Active listening: definition and techniques
  3. Time management and problem solving: Optimizing time and finding creative solutions
    • I didn’t have time. Conscious, preconscious, and subconscious.
    • Critical outcome areas, goals, tasks and activities. Thinking: the what to do. Acting: the when to do.
    • The 4-level structure. Priority setting: urgency VS importance.
    • Role and responsibility.

  4. Motivating and engaging the team: Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
