The module fits within the training course with the aim of outlining the relevant elements in reaction to digital business models and the technologies to refer to in order to realize them.

PART 1 : What is digital innovation? In what forms does it exist? Some concrete examples
PART 2 : What are the enabling technologies of digital innovation? How can they be integrated with existing technologies?
PART 3 : What are exponential technologies and how can they be leveraged for achieving “disruptive” dynamics?
PART 4 : What are the main impacts of technologies on business? And how can they be exploited to maintain competitive advantage?
PART 5 : What is meant by the immune system of organizations? And how does so-called “active inertia” act? How can it be avoided?
PART 6 : The ExO model: super-performing organizations capable of 10X performance. Examples and practical cases.
